We have trained Service Engineers, and they can take an action anywhere in the UAE.

The AFTER SALES PROCEDURE we follow is described in the below actions list:

• Order confirmation and a weekly update of order progress
• Information about necessary utilities and suggested layout of the system
• Preparation of engineering file
• Set acceptance procedures
• Verification tests before delivery with customer presence if required
• Deliveries and transport follow up
• On-site connections, installation, functional and acceptance tests
• Technical training of the system
